Frequently asked questions
Is the report valid for a bank loan?
Our reports are professional estimates, ideal for deciding, negotiating or preparing a sale. They do not replace the certified valuation the bank commissions from a CMVM-registered valuer, with a site visit: the bank itself orders that one as part of the mortgage process.
Can I get a refund?
The amount paid for the report is refunded or credited if you sign an exclusive sales mandate with Tagus Property (LX CHASSEUR IMMOBILIER LDA, AMI licence no. 13266). This option is only available in the areas where the agency operates: outside them, the report is non-refundable.
You also have the 14-day right of withdrawal provided for distance purchases (Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014), under the conditions described in the Terms and Conditions.
