Do I have to pay?
No. The online estimate is free, with no card details or sign-up. If you then want support, you can ask one of our advisers to contact you, with no obligation.
Is the valuation reliable?
The estimate gives a realistic range with a confidence index out of 5, which depends on how fine-grained the prices available for your area are and on how many questions you answered. It remains indicative: for an official act, an on-site appraisal is required.
What data is the estimate based on?
We start from prices in your property’s area, built from market data — sales and listings —, INE statistics and our real estate advisers’ references. These prices are then adjusted to your property’s features.
Does this estimate replace a bank or court valuation?
No. The online estimate is indicative, and an adviser’s opinion remains a comparative market study. Neither replaces a bank, tax, court or certified appraisal.
