Tagus Value is an online property valuation platform providing professional value estimates for properties in Portugal. We use up-to-date market data and advanced algorithms, validated by specialists from the Tagus Property group.
Our valuation combines the data provided about your property with up-to-date market information, comparables analysis and local trends. The algorithm processes this information and generates a value estimate validated by our specialists.
For card payments, the report is generated automatically in under 5 minutes. For Multibanco or transfer payments, the report is sent after payment confirmation (1-2 business days).
We accept payments by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Multibanco and bank transfer. All payments are processed securely through the Stripe platform.
Yes, we use Stripe, the world leader in online payment processing. All data is encrypted and we do not store credit card information on our servers.
Yes, we issue an invoice for all payments. The invoice is sent automatically to the email provided at the time of payment.
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the report, contact us and we will review your case. The amount is also refundable upon signing an exclusive sales mandate with Tagus Property.
The report includes: the property value estimate, local market analysis, comparison with similar properties, value-growth potential (Standard and Premium plans), and personalized recommendations (Premium plan).
Our report provides a professional estimate based on market data, ideal for informed decision-making. However, for official purposes (bank loans, courts, etc.), an on-site appraisal by a certified expert may be required.
The report remains available in your client area for 1 year. We recommend downloading the PDF to keep it permanently.
We need basic information such as location, area, number of bedrooms, condition and a few additional features. The more detailed the information, the more accurate the valuation.
Yes, the report is provided as a PDF that you can download and keep. We also send a copy by email and keep the report available in your client area for 1 year.
