Legal bases
Performance of the contract and pre-contractual steps, consent for marketing communications, for the value and follow-up emails that come after a free estimate, and for contact by partner agencies, legal obligations, and legitimate interests in improving the service.
Retention
Free estimate: erased 24 months after the request unless you ordered a paid report; if you objected to our communications, we keep only the e-mail address and the date of the objection, in order to honour it. Unpaid request: erased 7 days after the request. Paid reports and invoicing records: kept for at least the 10 years required by tax law. Request passed on, with your consent, to a partner agency: kept as evidence of that transfer. Data based on consent: until you withdraw it. Technical logs: 90 days for e-mail deliveries, 12 months for payments.
